What It Takes to Get in the Office:

• 1 year of office/clerical experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with computers and data entry
• Personable, professional, and dependable
• Quick thinker with a positive attitude

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Answering multiple incoming phone calls quickly and professionally
• Providing outstanding customer service — we want to hear your smile through the phone!
• Accurate data entry (entering tickets and information)
• Scheduling loads
• Filing and organizing documents with precision
• Being the friendly face and voice of the facility
