Work Schedules: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM of
your choice

Summary

A leading global distributor of premium consumer goods is looking
for a motivated and reliable Order Processing Clerk to join their Torrance
team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to start a

inventory coordination and order fulfillment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited
to:

• Order Picking: Reviews simple order sheets to
  identify and pull the correct products from warehouse stock.
• Packing & Labeling:
  Carefully packs products into shipping boxes and applies the necessary
  labels to ensure items arrive safely to customers.
• Inventory Support: Helps the team keep
  track of stock levels by participating in basic counts and organizing
  items on shelves by product code or type.
• Quality Checks: Performs basic visual
  inspections to ensure products are free of defects before they are shipped
  out.
• Event Prep: Assists with gathering and
  packing supplies for company tradeshows and ensuring equipment is stored
  correctly afterward.
• General Upkeep: Maintains a clean and
  organized workstation and assists with basic office supply organization as
  needed.
• Team Coordination: Maintains clear
  communication with management and coworkers regarding daily tasks and
  project progress.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Candidates must be able
  to speak, read, and write Japanese. Additionally, conversational to
  business-level English is required to coordinate with the local team.
• Computer Basics: Familiarity with basic
  computer use (email, MS Office) and the ability to learn internal
  warehouse software.
• Physical Requirements:
  Comfort working in a warehouse setting, which includes standing, walking,
  and the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Consistency: A strong sense of punctuality
  and the ability to commit to a fixed weekly schedule.

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent (No prior experience
  required; they will provide training).
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and a high
  level of reliability.

Preferred

• Any previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or
  stockroom environment is a plus but not required.
