Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Injection Molding Technician or Industrial Maintenance Technician required
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and IMM operations
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems and electronic controls
• Ability to systematically diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Industrial Maintenance training or technical degree preferred
• Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts
• Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

The Day to Day 

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, molding robots, and plastic processing equipment
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on manufacturing equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine diagrams
• Troubleshoot high and low voltage machine control systems
• Repair or replace defective machine components as needed
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and production departments to minimize downtime
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
