1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday

Skills That Get You Hired 

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–6 months of machining or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn blueprint reading and precision measurement techniques
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

On the Job

• Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment
• Perform quality checks and report production counts accurately
• Identify machining or equipment issues and notify leadership when needed
• Read and follow setup sheets, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Deburr metal parts and assist with finishing processes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Support multiple departments including machining, welding, and spinning operations
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges after training
• Follow lockout/tagout, forklift, and hoist safety procedures
