What’s Expected

• No experience needed
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every shift
• Stand for full 8-hour shift
• Strong fine motor skills (handling very small parts)
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Open to overtime (possible extended hours + optional Saturdays)
• Assemble small components (medical device parts)
