What You Need to Make the Cut

Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: 1+ years of experience.
Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs. Steel-toe shoes.
Work Style: Steady, dependable, and always safety-minded.
Must be a US citizen.

What You’ll Handle Each Shift

• Operate machinery and equipment for pressing operations.
• Ensure the efficient and safe functioning of press equipment.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
• Handle raw materials and transport them to designated work areas.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles.
• Organize and maintain an orderly material storage area.
• Package finished products according to established guidelines.
• Inspect packaged items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Prepare products for shipment and coordinate with logistics teams.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily production goals..
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
