Requirements:

• 1 year of picker packer & walkie rider experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toes
• Able to start immediately
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Previous experience in order processing, customer service, shipping, logistics, or warehouse support preferred
• Strong data entry accuracy and computer skills
• Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems preferred
• Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

The Daily Grind (aka What You’ll Do):

• Enter customer orders into WMS, ERP, or order management systems
• Review orders for correct pricing, quantities, and shipping details
• Verify product availability and coordinate inventory needs
• Generate pick tickets, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels
• Coordinate with picking, packing, and shipping teams for order fulfillment
• Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, or data entry issues
• Communicate order status, backorders, and shipping updates to customers and internal teams
• Work with carriers on shipment scheduling and special delivery requirements
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation
• Support fast, efficient, and accurate outbound shipping processes
