• Basic computer and math skills & ability to be trained (windows, Microsoft Business Central, NiceLabel).
• Ability to ergonomically work and safely use hand and power tools.
• Communication (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail
• Brazing experience required
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

The Job in Action

• Follow all safety and company guidelines and procedures as outlined in the company employee manual.
• Follow work orders and work instructions to produce components and products to design specifications.
• Accurately pull inventory based on the warehouse location and gather supplies needed to fulfill a production order.
• Record Inventory and work order updates to inventory system.
• Willingness to improve assembly procedures.
• Used a shared computer software system to operate production machinery to fulfill work orders.
• Use tools and equipment necessary to complete a work order.
• perform quality checks on material being handled and produced based on product drawings.
• Train and work together with other members of the production departments.
• Restock shelves and keep inventory organized as required.
• Ensure safe use of equipment, tools, and work in an ergonomic manner.
• Maintain communication with other employees.
• General cleaning and tidiness of all aspects of the factory and warehouse.
• Assist in maintaining safety records, general machine maintenance, and logs.
• Assist with general tasks and activities, as needed.
