As a Sales Representative, your job is simple: build relationships, manage opportunities, and make sales. You’ll talk with customers, follow up, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You Need 

• 2+ years of experience in industrial, B2B, or technical sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed

Where You’ll Spend Your Time

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the industrial market
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including manufacturers, contractors, and distributors
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and product presentations to prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
