Crew Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

• 6 months of landscape maintenance or construction experience preferred
• Skilled in safely operating landscaping equipment
• Strong attention to safety when using tools and equipment
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs and move throughout the property
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and staying motivated

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel to multiple facility locations as a rider
• Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas across campuses
• Pull and dispose of exterior trash and debris
• Sweep walkways, parking areas, and common outdoor spaces
• Assist with lawn care, shrubbery upkeep, and general landscaping
• Operate groundskeeping equipment as needed
• Help maintain a safe and visually appealing environment
• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns
