Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish speaking skills required (tested during interview process).
• 5+ years of administrative assistant or executive support experience preferred.
• Background in financial services, corporate, private sector, or government environments preferred.
• Strong judgment handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and expense systems such as SAP Concur.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to senior advisors and leadership.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, conference calls, and scheduling priorities.
• Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow up on requests, and maintain strong communication.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas and expense reports.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Support onboarding for new hires and assist with office operations.
• Coordinate events, catering, shipping materials, and general office projects.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and resolve routine matters independently.
