What Is Expected:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; assembly or warehouse experience is a plus
• Follow instructions and stay focused on the task
• Use hand tools and basic equipment — training provided
• Assemble wire harnesses
• Inspect parts for quality and call out problems
• Keep your station clean, organized, and safe
• Stay on your feet, lift up to 20 lbs, and keep moving
• Show up on time, ready to work, every shift
• Put safety first for yourself and your crew
• Be a team player and help hit daily production goals
