Pay Rate: $21.63 per hour
Shift: 6 pm – 6 am (Fri + Sun), 6 pm – 4 am (Sat)

• Previous supervisory or shift lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and able to motivate others
• Bilingual Spanish is a Plus
• Familiarity with warehouse environments is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily check-ins with staff
• Perform on-site recruiting to support staffing needs
• Manage attendance and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain strong customer communication and deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure safety compliance and reinforce company safety policies
• Conduct on-site orientations as needed
• Counsel employees and address performance concerns professionally
• Assist with implementing programs to improve KPI performance
• Oversee timekeeping accuracy and approvals
• Monitor employee performance throughout the shift
• Manage daily rosters to ensure proper shift coverage
