Pay Rate: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Monday – Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

These are the qualifications that matter.

• Associate’s degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field preferred
• 3–10 years of experience in mechanical drafting or CAD design
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar CAD software
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Experience with BOMs and procurement processes preferred
• Background in heat exchangers or mechanical equipment is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork across departments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and environments

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, technical documents, and specifications
• Maintain job data, drawings, and documentation including BOMs
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams
• Ensure designs align with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and project requirements
• Follow all safety procedures (OSHA/PPE) when working in production areas
• Support additional drafting and project tasks as assigned
