What Makes You the Right Fit

• 2–6 years of quality assurance or inspection experience, preferably in the electronics or power industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related technical field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Familiarity with standard measurement tools and inspection techniques
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

How You Keep Quality Tight

• Inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications
• Monitor production processes for quality assurance and compliance
• Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, and gauges to test and verify product specifications
• Approve or reject finished products based on quality criteria
• Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings to production and quality teams
