Pay Rate: $22 – 25 per hour

What You Need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Production Mechanic in a manufacturing/industrial environment (or equivalent military/technical training)
• Experience in high-speed production or packaging environments preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commercial electrical experience required (electrical knowledge preferred)
• Experience with maintenance management software (e.g., eMaint or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable operating forklifts and heavy machinery
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

How the Day Goes: 

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Record maintenance activities, labor hours, and parts usage in maintenance management systems (e.g., eMaint or similar)
• Fabricate or modify equipment and components as needed
• Maintain and organize maintenance areas, tools, spare parts, and supplies
• Follow all safety procedures, including strict adherence to lockout/tagout protocols
• Report damaged, worn, or defective parts and assist in inventory management
• Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
• Support additional maintenance and facility tasks as assigned
