Pay Rate: $18.73 – $19.73 per hour (Base Pay: $18.73 + $1 shift premium)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We’re looking for Assemblers to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
• Experience using measuring instruments
• Ability to maintain basic production records and reports
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience highly preferred

What You’ll Build Every Day

• Assemble machines and products using small hand tools and power tools
• Perform sub-assembly operations, including use of drill presses, hydraulic presses, and similar equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and printed assembly instructions
• Assemble purchased parts, electrical wiring, and circuits
• Conduct testing and inspection of finished products and accurately record results
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the production supervisor, including setup-related tasks
