Ready to work as a Return Receiving Associate in %%location%%? This gig is for folks who like staying busy, working with a crew, and making sure freight keeps moving in and out without a hitch.

Your Role on the Floor

• Receive and unload returned shipments from carriers or internal transfers
• Inspect returned products for damage, defects, or discrepancies
• Verify items against return documentation (RMA, packing slips, etc.)
• Accurately enter return data into the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Sort and route products to appropriate areas (restock, quarantine, disposal, or vendor return)
• Label and repackage items as needed for inventory or resale
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors
• Maintain organized returns area and proper inventory control
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

What You’ll Need

• Warehouse shipping/receiving experience.
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs when needed.
• Computer basics for inventory systems.
• Dependable and willing to back your crew.
