Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday

What You Will Bring: 

• Prior stand-up forklift experience preferred/required
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals
• Team-oriented and reliable
• Standing, walking, and operating equipment for long periods
• Frequent lifting up to 25–50 lbs
• Fast-paced warehouse environment
• Exposure to non-climate-controlled conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move, stack, and stage materials
• Load and unload trailers safely and accurately
• Transport materials to and from production lines
• Scan, pick, and verify inventory using RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report safety issues
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse work areas
• Ensure proper product handling to avoid damage or errors
• Support production flow by staging materials on time
