Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar order management software
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required

Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Customer Support
- Monitor and manage the customer service inbox (GNT Orders)
- Enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns professionally
- Confirm product availability prior to order entry
- Communicate product availability dates when items are out of stock, working closely with Supply Chain and Account Management
Account & Data Management
- Ensure pricing accuracy in collaboration with the Account Management team
- Maintain Customer Master Data within the ERP system
- Invoice and close out customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Send required documentation to customers and coordinate with internal departments as needed
Issue Resolution & Cross-Functional Support
- Enter and manage customer complaints using the designated system (Betty Blocks)
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with warehouse teams regarding shipping and order discrepancies
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure orders are properly allocated and reserved for shipment
Training & Team Support
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members when needed
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
