Here’s what it takes to make yours count.
- 3+ years of experience in digital print manufacturing
- Strong background in pre-press and production validation
- Experience with digital print platforms (HP Indigo, Xerox, Canon, or similar)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methods
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to travel as needed for operational support
Preferred Skills
- Experience with web-to-print workflows
- Knowledge of RIP software (HP, Fiery, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and color management
- Familiarity with automation tools and digital press APIs
- Experience with rotary die cutting, guillotine, or book binding equipment
- Understanding of substrate behavior and ink interaction
- Project management experience in print or manufacturing environments
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design, prepress, and operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end production
- Review project scopes and provide input to improve manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure quality and accuracy
- Execute validation protocols for digital print products, processes, substrates, and equipment
- Conduct print trials, performance testing, and maintain detailed documentation
- Partner with quality teams to ensure compliance with validation standards
- Monitor print output for defects; support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain and update SOPs, including documentation for materials testing and pre-press changes
- Provide hands-on training to operators on best practices, safety, and quality standards
