Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

This Fabrication Associate job in West Chester is for people who pay attention to detail. You’ll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.

Production Line Ready

• Minimum 6 months of recent industrial/manufacturing experience
• Hands‑on machine operation experience (saws required; universal welder experience is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Experience or familiarity with fabrication tools and processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with pipe and sheet metal throughout the day
• Strong tenure and reliability in work history (unless currently in or recently out of school)
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to learn
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Your Day at the Plant

• Operate fabrication shop machinery (band saws, grooving machines, Landis threading machines, and related equipment)
• Accurately measure, cut, thread, bevel, and assemble pipe
• Read and use a tape measure for random pipe lengths
• Perform die checks, bundling, and staging of fabricated pipe
• Move loose and bundled pipe throughout the shop and pipe yard
• Assemble orders in single sticks or bundles and maintain organized work areas
• Follow all established SOPs for pipe fabrication and machine setup/maintenance
• Inspect and maintain forklift equipment in safe working condition
