Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed)

Here’s what it takes to succeed with us.

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience; leasing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and G-Suite
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems preferred
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Sales

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents through the community and model units
• Maintain accurate records of all traffic and follow up through the CRM system
• Assist prospects with applications, secure deposits, and ensure units are move-in ready
• Achieve leasing goals, including conversion, occupancy, and rent-ready targets
• Orient new residents and review community policies, amenities, and expectations

Resident Relations

• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person
• Track and follow up on work orders to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in enforcing community policies and resolving resident concerns
• Support resident events and encourage positive online reviews

Marketing & Administrative Support

• Promote referral programs and outreach marketing initiatives
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
• Assist with unit staging and mini-model setups
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
