What Gets You on the Line

The Basics: High School Diploma or GED, and good old-fashioned hustle.
Shop-Floor Smarts: 3 years of previous manufacturing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (soft gel encapsulation experience preferred)
The Heavy Lifting: On your feet, moving boxes (up to 50 lbs), keeping count.
Character: Reliable, focused, and always safety-minded.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform intermediate mechanical functions, including troubleshooting, correcting machine malfunctions, and identifying problems such as bottlenecks.
• Clearly document activities in batch records, forms, and other GMP documents.
• Offer suggestions to superiors and follow up on process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, and productivity.
• Identify and report both machine and manual deviations to supervisor or designee.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines.
