Here’s what it takes to make yours count.
- 3–5+ years of contact center experience; 1–2+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of call center metrics and reporting
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and improve team performance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Experience in multi-channel environments (voice, chat, email)
- Familiarity with workforce management (WFM) tools
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
- Monitor real-time operations using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) dashboards
- Analyze KPIs such as AHT, SLAs, adherence, and abandonment rates to drive improvements
- Conduct call monitoring, quality evaluations, and coaching sessions
- Handle escalated customer issues and complex problem resolution
- Support workforce management activities, including scheduling and coverage planning
- Generate and present performance reports and insights to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance processes and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
