Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Monday – Thursday | Overtime flexibility | Possible weekend shifts | Training may occur on a different shift

• Previous logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination experience (non-entry level role)
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and driver scheduling
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

• Sit/stand flexibility during shifts
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Dress code: Casual (or business casual attire)
• Background in logistical tracking, DOT & HOS compliance, and certified driver dispatch knowledge required
• Experience with GPS systems (GeoTab or similar)
• Strong communication skills, able to answer phones, and multitask effectively

Job Duties:

• Monitor driver activity and ensure DOT/HOS compliance
• Dispatch drivers efficiently while maintaining safety standards
• Track loads using GPS or other software
•  Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and customers
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Flexibility to support weekend coverage as needed
