Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

You’ve got the know-how to fix what’s broken and the smarts to keep it from breaking in the first place. This Property Maintenance Technician gig is built for people who want respect, reliable work, and paychecks that feel right.

Your Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, or general repair
• Experience with make-ready/turnover units preferred
• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have own tools
• High school diploma or GED required

Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift as needed
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

The Day to Day 

• Complete make-ready units, including repairs, cleaning, and final inspections
• Perform trash-outs of vacated apartments
• Repair and replace fixtures such as lighting, windows, doors, screens, and hardware
• Handle basic painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Inspect units to ensure they are rent-ready and meet quality standards
• Re-key locks and ensure property security
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment
• Review daily work orders and prioritize tasks with maintenance leadership
