You take initiative. You drive results.

• Process daily domestic and international shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including labels, BOLs, export paperwork, and related documents
• Audit sales orders and invoices to ensure shipment accuracy and compliance
• Package, label, and prepare shipments for multiple departments within the facility
• Track and research shipments for internal teams and customers
• Support hazardous materials (Dangerous Goods) shipping requirements in compliance with regulations
• Utilize internal systems such as Oracle, AES, and Tradesphere for shipping and documentation processes
• Follow ISO procedures, work instructions, and shipping standards
• Assist other departments as needed when primary shipping tasks are complete
• Support overall shipping performance by contributing to cycle time efficiency and reducing packing/shipping errors

Here’s What We’re Looking For.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain certifications for 49 CFR (DOT), IATA, and IMDG
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience or ability to operate packaging and freight handling equipment safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a compliance-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and adaptable attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
