• Coordinate and prioritize daily pickups and deliveries to support operations
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize mileage
• Monitor voicemail and respond to customer and internal requests throughout the day
• Expedite parts, materials, and documents to prevent production delays
• Transport visitors, customers, recruits, and employees as needed
• Safely handle and deliver sensitive or confidential materials
• Provide timely delivery of parts, purchase orders, prints, and other critical items
• Maintain company vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance and keeping accurate records
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Represent the company professionally with courteous and reliable service

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple delivery requests efficiently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to respond promptly to requests
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions regarding routes and priorities
• Basic recordkeeping and documentation skills
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic regulations
