Edina, MN
Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Shift: Flexible with Start Time | In Office Thursdays & Fridays | 30 hours per week

What Gets You in the Door
- 2+ year of experience in customer-facing administrative roles in a B2B environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in HR administration, accounting/bookkeeping, or marketing support
- Business degree or relevant certification
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Logistics
- Provide logistics and RMA support; coordinate with carriers, brokers, and customers
- Support sales team with quotes and pricing requests
- Manage inventory for loaner and demo units
Human Resources
- Process payroll and support benefits administration (e.g., 401k)
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR policies and coordinate employee events
Accounting
- Support accounts payable/receivable and vendor maintenance
- Assist with invoicing, aging reports, and purchase orders
- Provide support for tax filings and financial processes
Marketing & Office Support
- Assist with event coordination, CRM updates, and social media
- Support marketing materials and collateral creation
- Handle light shipping/receiving, office supplies, and front office communication
