Location: Vandalia, OH
Pay Rate: $19.50 – $21.50 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd

Here’s what we’re looking for.

  • Experience with inventory control and cycle counting required
  • Cherry picker or high-reach forklift experience required
  • Must be comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic math and computer/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and support replenishment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including cherry picker/high reach forklifts (up to 40 ft)
  • Maintain and update inventory records, transactions, and adjustments
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to minimize discrepancies and improve processes
  • Follow all safety procedures while handling equipment and materials, especially when working at heights
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
