Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
Shift: Varied shifts between 6 am-2:30 pm, 7 am-11 am, 11 am-7:30 pm, 3 pm-7 pm Monday-Friday, and every other weekend.

Here’s what we’re after:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Respectful handling of patient information (HIPAA compliance)
• Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance – reliability is a must!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take incoming meal orders via phone from hospital patients
• Use computer systems to verify dietary restrictions and approved meal selections
• Navigate HIPAA-sensitive data while cross-checking information with nursing systems
• Accurately input orders and maintain records
• Provide warm, professional phone support at all times
• The Call Center Clerk is on the phone and computer 95% of their day.
