As a Production Technician in Santa Ana, you’ll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You’ll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

What It Takes to Get on the Line

• 1 year of experience in production, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of GMP or manufacturing processes is a plus.

Your Work Will Keep Things Moving

• Package medical products such as oils, gummies, creams, and cartridges according to company standards.
• Label, seal, and box finished products for distribution.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and proper packaging.
• Verify product counts and maintain accurate packaging records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with assembly line production and meet daily production goals.
• Report any product defects or packaging issues to supervisors.
