How You’ll Crush It on Shift if You:

• Assemble small electrical components and wiring
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Experience in assembly, production, or warehouse work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
