What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: The Hustle You’ll Need):

• Perform assembly and disassembly of products, including picking and storage of materials
• Meet weekly production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Conduct self-inspections, testing, and final inspections of finished products
• Complete ERP (Syteline) transactions to track material movement and production activity
• Collaborate with management, R&D, ACS, and assembly teams to support service and repair functions
• Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reporting as required
• Follow work instructions, ISO standards, and company policies to ensure compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Respond to internal and external customer needs in a timely manner
• Support continuous production flow and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Work scheduled and mandatory overtime as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer service, shipping, and assembly
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production documentation
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Team-oriented with good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with hand measurement tools preferred
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
• Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime as needed
