Now Hiring an Inside Sales Associate
Pay: Starting at $15.00 – $18.00 per hour with growth potential (Position typically maxes around $50,000 annually)
Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM or 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM

This Inside Sales Associate role in West Monroe is for someone who knows how to work a conversation into an opportunity. You’ll find leads, manage your pipeline, and keep deals moving without a lot of red tape. It’s a good fit for someone who delivers results and closes the loop.

What You’ll Do

• Find, develop, and manage sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage active conversations and keep deals moving forward
• Track activity, pipeline, and progress using internal tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales efforts
• Follow up consistently to ensure opportunities are completed
• Prepare basic sales activity updates or reports as needed
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
• Provide general warehouse and retail support

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort managing multiple conversations and priorities
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common business tools
• Ability to learn products, services, or processes quickly
• Willingness to participate in training and development
