What It Takes to Get on the Line

• Experience in sewing, manufacturing, or textile production preferred
• Skilled in operating industrial/commercial sewing machines
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Your Work Will Keep Things Moving

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and repair fabric products according to specifications
• Follow patterns or templates with precision and attention to detail
• Inspect finished goods for quality, consistency, and workmanship
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with light sewing machine maintenance and report any material or equipment issues
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
