Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

To Get The Job You Need:

• 2+ years verifiable experience operating punch or turret press
• Strong blueprint reading skills and attention to detail
• Good penmanship and basic computer literacy (preferred)
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and standard inspection tools

How You’ll Spend Your Shift

• Set up and operate Punch Press using pancake and some progressive dies
• Follow Routing Report instructions and engineering drawings for setups
• Pull and utilize proper tooling for each job
• Read and interpret blueprints and job documentation
• Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Maintain highest quality standards under AS9100 quality system
• Report to the Production Manager and management team
• Ensure punctuality, strong attendance, and production pace compliance
