Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4:30 PM

These are the qualifications that matter.

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering + 5 years in quality, OR
  • Master’s degree in Quality Engineering + 2 years in quality, OR
  • 10 years of exempt-level quality experience
• Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, metallurgical processes, and gauge development/control
• Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT), CMM, gauge calibration, and SPC data collection
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• ASQ Certified Quality Technician status preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for quality-related issues with customers and suppliers
• Analysis of rejected products at internal and customer facilities
• Lead countermeasure meetings and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain quality reporting systems and prepare management reports
• Follow PPAP, MSA, APQP, and ASQ standards as applicable
• Create and maintain inspection standards for receiving, in-process, and shipping inspections
• Train quality technicians and inspectors as requested
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and efficiency
• Communicate effectively across departments and with customers regarding quality concerns
