What You’ll Need to Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in warehouse receiving and inventory control
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (D365 preferred)
• Experience with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet

Preferred:

• Lead or supervisory experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments (LTL, freight, transfers)
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and track inventory
• Verify shipments for accuracy and complete OS&D documentation
• Maintain proper labeling, staging, and bin locations
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Investigate discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate records in D365 or warehouse systems
• Monitor inventory KPIs and support process improvements
• Coordinate with operations, shipping, and vendors to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
