• 1 year of power tool use
• Show up on time, geared up, and ready to work
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and machines
• Detail-driven — your work has to hold up
• Safety first, crew always

What You’ll Be Cranking Out

• Assemble and lock parts together with precision
• Use shop tools and equipment (we’ll train you where needed)
• Inspect each piece so only the good stuff rolls forward
• Pack, label, and stack like a pro
• Keep the pace without cutting corners
• Stay sharp on PPE and safety rules
