Step Up. Run the Floor.

• Prior supervisor or team lead experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of mechanical components, electrical systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery
• Ability to read and complete production documentation accurately
• Forklift operation ability (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train and guide employees effectively
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently when needed
• Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Supervise employees, confirm team members are in assigned work areas, and address issues as they arise
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to the General Manager
• Ensure daily production tasks are completed on schedule and in compliance with safety standards
• Train new and existing employees to develop skills and improve performance
• Record daily production runs and inspections using written documentation
• Inspect, count, and sign off on parts produced throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe work environment and promptly address safety concerns
• Serve as backup to the maintenance team, including opening/closing the facility when required
• Operate a forklift as needed
• Support troubleshooting and coordination involving hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
