What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience using cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers
• Scissor lift certification required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends

Preferred:

• Experience in food manufacturing or industrial environments

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Clean and degrease production equipment daily
• Sweep, wash floors, and perform general facility cleaning, including high dusting
• Remove trash, pallets, drums, and other waste materials
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
• Perform silo cleanouts and sanitize equipment and tools
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain organized work areas
• Support additional tasks as assigned
