Job Description:


AI Day Program Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Round Rock, TX

Pay: $56 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Day Program Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-impact AI Day events. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in event coordination, event technology, and program operations who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for event technology, ensuring all systems, demos, and tools are fully functional
  • Manage event registration and campaigns using platforms such as Cvent; track and analyze performance data
  • Coordinate event content and materials, working with subject matter experts to support regional and vertical use cases
  • Maintain operational documentation, including SharePoint resources, calendars, and event records
  • Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue planning, and materials preparation
  • Provide day-of event support, including check-in, session coordination, and real-time issue resolution
  • Assist with Executive Briefing Center (EBC) operations and customer engagements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in event coordination, program management, or event operations
  • Strong knowledge of event technology platforms and registration tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B technology environments
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Workfront, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting multi-region or global events
