Senior Analyst
Location: Round Rock, TX
Pay: $56 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Join a leading global technology organization as a Senior Analyst – Executive Briefing Coordinator, supporting high-impact Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programs and customer engagements. In this role, you will drive end-to-end coordination of executive briefings and events, delivering exceptional experiences that strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead logistics and execution of executive briefings and PC Day events, including scheduling, venues, and onsite coordination
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery and high attention to detail
- Prepare meeting spaces, technology, and demo environments for successful presentations
- Oversee day-of-event operations including attendee management, timing, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with sales, executives, presenters, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Track event metrics, attendance, and performance to drive continuous improvement
- Manage event tools such as Cvent, SharePoint, and Workfront
- Support communications, reporting, and post-event documentation
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, program management, or operations
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and high-visibility events
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting executive meetings or customer-facing engagements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management tools
