Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

  • 2 years of warehouse experience in a leadership role.
  • Stay active on your feet, lift 50 lbs, and keep the pace steady.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
  • Strong ERP system experience and data accuracy skills.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Prepare and issue shipping documentation, labels, and outbound orders using ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and system updates.
  • Supervise receiving processes including unloading, inspection, and proper material storage.
  • Ensure compliance with purchase specifications and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Operate and oversee use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
  • Manage cable cutting operations including setup, processing, labeling, and staging for shipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance with suppliers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
