Pay Rate: $25.00 – $42.00 per hour (Based on electrical experience, skills, and education)
Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Schedule varies based on production needs)

We’re hiring Maintenance Mechanic pros in Fort Worth who can handle anything that breaks, rattles, or leaks. If you’re the one everyone calls when things go sideways, this is your spot.

Built for the Work

• High school diploma or GED preferred (bonus for tech training)
• 3+ years fixing or maintaining production gear
• Strong experience troubleshooting electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and circuits
• Experience working with PLCs (troubleshooting, diagnostics preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Experience with motors, sensors, VFDs, and automated systems
• Equipment reliability experience (preferred)
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience is a plus

What You’ll Be Turning Wrenches On

You’ll inspect, repair, and tune machines that keep the line rolling. When something clanks, you’re the one who finds it, fixes it, and keeps the work moving right.
