What Gets You Hired

• High school diploma or GED
• Machine operator experience a plus
• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand print specification documents and follow written instructions
• Proficient in computer skills and data entry
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting
• Able to lift heavy and power through the day
• Dependable, safe, and team-focused

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle and maintain inks during production runs and on-the-job changes
• Learn the chemistry of inks and how they are applied in the printing process
• Load and unload rolls on the unwind and rewind machines
• Record and perform measurements as needed
• Interpret and follow Production Work Instructions and Control Folders
• Understand viscosity and pH levels
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
