Shift: (Monday – Friday | 1 PM – 6:30 PM) (Saturdays | 5 AM – 1:30 PM)

Every shop needs someone to run the machines — and that’s where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you’ll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks.

Bring to the Table:

• 6 months of experience
• Familiar with vitamin manuacturing
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Steel-toe shoes
• Detail counts — quality is everything
• Strong enough for lifting and long shifts
• Reliable teammate who puts safety first

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines (e.g., capsule fillers)
• Accurately weigh and load raw materials (vitamin blends, powders, excipients)
• Ensure capsules meet specifications for weight, size, and fill consistency
• Perform in-process checks and record production data
• Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and minimize waste
• Clean and sanitize equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Follow all GMP, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product quality issues
• Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams
• Complete batch records and documentation accurately
