What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done

• 1–2 years in a warehouse or production setting
• Forklift and inventory experience
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable
• Attention to detail
• Stay sharp — follow instructions and keep an eye on details
• Lift up to 70 lbs. and stay moving on your feet all shift
• Verify material locations in accordance with established validation standards.
• Perform system-based analysis to identify and resolve inventory location discrepancies.
• Communicate inventory count findings effectively to warehouse personnel.
• Consistently meet or exceed established local productivity and quality standards.
• Accurately count tools and accessories within the Distribution Center to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records (DLX/SAP).
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through system analysis, making necessary adjustments to reflect accurate counts.
• Respond to cycle count requests and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
